RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All sales of e-Vouchers, Gift cards and Kaisyahs Closet cards are final. All sales of products that are discounted are also final.
  • These discounted items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.
  • All items are checked before they are sent to our customers.
  • We Do Not Provide Refunds to normal wear and tear.

     

    DEFECTS

    • Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to sales@kaisyahs.com together with snapshots of the "defective" item for us to determine the severity of the defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.
    • Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. KAISYAHS CLOSET strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability and will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns.
    • KAISYAHS CLOSET reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to KAISYAHS CLOSET without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
